From Land Clearing to Final Grade: Our Complete Construction Service Process
Every great build starts in the dirt. Before anybody pours a slab or frames a wall, somebody has to take raw land and make it ready. That's what we've been doing in the Bay Area for over 45 years, and here's exactly how we do it.
Step 1: Land Clearing
We start by clearing the site. Trees, brush, old concrete, debris. Everything gets hauled out safely and disposed of the right way, so the next phase starts clean.
Step 2: Excavation and Trenching
Next we dig for foundations, utilities, and drainage. Our operators work to the plans and to local code, because an inch off here turns into a real problem down the line.
Step 3: Compaction and Drainage
We compact the soil in lifts so it won't settle, and we put in drainage that keeps the site dry and stable. This is the step that decides whether your project holds up for decades.
Step 4: Final Grade
Final grading gives you a level, clean surface that's ready for construction or landscaping. We sweat the details so the site works right and looks right.
Why One Crew, Start to Finish, Matters
When one team handles the whole job, nothing gets lost between handoffs. You get one point of contact, fewer delays, and the same standard of work from the first tree to the final grade. That's how we run every job.
